EPO Coat H3H

100% solids, high-build epoxy coating for demanding industrial, heavy-equipment and aerospace applications.

EPO Coat H3H is a tough, solvent-free epoxy coating designed to provide excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance and long-term protection on properly prepared concrete, metal, wood and masonry.

It is used in a wide range of severe-service environments, including:

• Heavy industrial equipment
• Mining equipment
• Offshore oil platforms
• Aerospace applications
• Manufacturing and warehouse floors
• Food and beverage facilities
• Chemical processing areas
• Machinery and equipment
• Safety lines and markings

EPO Coat H3H has also been used in aerospace applications that have traveled into space on more than one occasion.

Once cured, it produces a hard, high-gloss, tile-like finish that is stain resistant and easy to clean.

At 75°F, EPO Coat H3H has a working time of approximately 20–30 minutes. Initial cure/tack-free time is approximately 12–24 hours, with a 12–24 hour recoat window. Light foot traffic may resume after approximately 24 hours. Allow approximately 72 hours before heavy-duty use and approximately 7 days for full cure and maximum chemical resistance. Higher temperatures will accelerate cure, while lower temperatures will slow it.

A ¾-gallon kit covers approximately 120 square feet when applied at approximately 10 mils dry film thickness.
