100% solids, heavy-duty non-skid epoxy coating for demanding industrial, marine and severe-service environments.

EPO Coat NS-100 is a solvent-free, corrosion-resistant epoxy coating formulated with an aggressive non-skid surface built directly into the product. It provides excellent slip resistance without requiring a separate broadcast aggregate or non-skid additive.

NS-100 offers excellent resistance to salt water, corrosion, heavy wear and many commonly encountered industrial chemicals, making it well suited for demanding environments including:

Built-In Non-Skid Protection

Unlike conventional epoxy coatings that may require aggregate to be broadcast into the surface, the non-skid characteristics of NS-100 are incorporated directly into the coating. This provides a consistent, aggressive slip-resistant finish while simplifying installation.

NS-100 is especially valuable in areas exposed to water, salt spray, oils, moisture and heavy traffic, where both corrosion protection and dependable footing are important.

Working Time and Coverage

At 75°F, EPO Coat NS-100 has a working time of approximately 30–45 minutes.

Actual coverage may vary depending on surface condition and application method.

EPO Coat NS-100 may be applied to properly prepared concrete, wood and metal surfaces.
