High-Strength Epoxy Anchorage

EPO Anchoring Cement flows into properly prepared anchor holes and surrounds the bolt or rod, creating a strong bond to the surrounding concrete.

It is especially useful for machinery, equipment and structural installations where a durable epoxy anchoring system is preferred over conventional cementitious materials.

No Primer Required

EPO Anchoring Cement bonds directly to properly prepared concrete and does not require a separate primer.

The concrete must be structurally sound, clean and dry before installation. DC Dynamis

Working Time and Yield

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.

At 75°F:

• Liquid mix ratio: 2 parts A to 1 part B by volume
• Working time: approximately 45–90 minutes
• Color: Light Gray
• 10-lb kit yield: approximately 260 cubic inches
• 45-lb kit yield: approximately ½ cubic foot / 861 cubic inches

The concrete temperature should be at least approximately 50°F during application. Warmer temperatures will shorten working and cure times, while colder temperatures will extend them. DC Dynamis

EPO Anchoring Cement should be allowed to cure overnight before stress is applied to the anchor. DC Dynamis
