Heavy-duty epoxy patching and grouting compound for repairing damaged and worn concrete.

EPO Patch & Grout is an extremely tough, corrosion-resistant and salt-resistant epoxy repair compound designed for patching and grouting holes, spalled areas and worn sections of structurally sound concrete.

Supplied as an easy-to-use, three-component kit containing pre-measured epoxy resin, hardener and aggregate, EPO Patch & Grout provides a strong, durable repair for industrial and commercial concrete surfaces where conventional repair materials may not provide the required wear and corrosion resistance.

EPO Patch & Grout is ideal for localized concrete repairs in demanding environments, including:

EPO Patch & Grout has a long history of use in demanding industrial applications. One marina customer uses the product to maintain the concrete operating area for a 220,000-pound marine forklift, allowing damaged areas to be repaired without shutting down the entire working surface for resurfacing.

Designed to Minimize Downtime

EPO Patch & Grout is particularly useful when only a damaged section of concrete needs repair and shutting down an entire floor or operating area is not practical.

Repairs can often be completed after normal working hours or over a weekend, helping reduce costly downtime.

At 75°F, Standard EPO Patch & Grout may accept light foot traffic after approximately 12 hours. Allow approximately 24 hours before returning the repaired area to normal service.

Full cure occurs after the chemical reaction has been completed and the material has reached its final hardness and performance properties.

EPO Patch & Grout LTC

For lower-temperature applications or projects requiring a faster return to service, EPO Patch & Grout is also available in an LTC — Low Temperature Cure — formulation.

At room temperature, EPO Patch & Grout LTC can be ready for service in approximately 2 hours.

The LTC formulation can also be used at temperatures between approximately 34°F and 50°F. At these lower temperatures, working and cure times will increase.

Working Time

At approximately 70°F:

Standard EPO Patch & Grout

• Pot life: approximately 30–45 minutes

EPO Patch & Grout LTC

• Pot life: approximately 15–20 minutes at room temperature
• Pot life at 34°F–50°F: approximately 30 minutes
• Ready-for-service time at colder temperatures: approximately 8–12 hours

Temperature, material temperature, batch size and jobsite conditions can affect working and cure times.

Coverage & Repair Preparation

Approximate coverage is 22.5 square feet at 1/4-inch thickness.

For patching applications, saw-cut repair edges to a minimum depth of approximately 1/4 inch rather than feathering the material to a thin edge.

Actual coverage may vary depending on surface condition, repair depth and application method.

Patch & Grout or Resurfacer?

Choose EPO Patch & Grout for localized concrete damage such as holes, spalls, worn areas and isolated repairs.

When a larger section or entire floor surface is deteriorated and needs to be restored, EPO Resurfacer may be the better choice.

Easy, Pre-Measured Kit

Each kit contains the proper proportions of epoxy resin, hardener and aggregate. No field measuring of the resin-to-hardener ratio is required.

For best results, the components should be mechanically mixed according to Dynamis Epoxy’s current application instructions and applied only to properly prepared, clean, dry and structurally sound concrete.
