Flexible, quick-curing epoxy potting compound for protecting submersible pump leads, electrical components and sensitive parts.

Pour-Flex 150-2 is a pourable, flexible epoxy potting compound specifically designed to seal and protect submersible pump leads, electrical connections and delicate components from water, oils and other harsh operating conditions.

Its flexibility helps prevent cracking and shrinkage while maintaining a strong bond to metal frames, lead wires and other properly prepared surfaces.

Pour-Flex 150-2 is commonly used for:

• Submersible pump leads
• Pump motors and electrical connections
• Circuit boards
• Electrical and electronic components
• Motor leads and wiring
• Sensitive components requiring moisture protection
• Industrial and marine electrical applications

Flexible Protection

Unlike rigid potting compounds, Pour-Flex 150-2 retains flexibility after curing. This helps the material tolerate vibration, movement and thermal changes without cracking or pulling away from the components being protected.

The product adheres well to metal frames and lead wires and provides excellent protection from water and oils.

Fast Return to Service

Pour-Flex 150-2 is designed for applications where minimizing downtime is important.

Under normal room-temperature conditions, the product has approximately:

• Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume
• Working time: approximately 20–30 minutes
• Initial cure: approximately 30–60 minutes
• Mixed color: Brick Red

Actual cure time will vary depending on material temperature, the size of the mixed mass and the heat-sink effect of the part being potted.

Pour-Flex 150-2 should not be applied below approximately 55°F.
