EP-Unite

High-strength epoxy bonding compound for permanently bonding new concrete to existing concrete.

EP-Unite is a two-component epoxy bonding system designed to create a strong, permanent bond between new concrete and properly prepared existing concrete.

It helps prevent separation between the old and new surfaces and is particularly useful when repairing or restoring concrete where a conventional concrete-to-concrete bond may not provide the required adhesion.

EP-Unite is well suited for:

• Industrial concrete floor restoration
• Concrete repairs and overlays
• Driveways
• Bridge decks
• Parking garages
• Manufacturing and warehouse floors
• Bonding new concrete to existing concrete
• Priming concrete prior to compatible epoxy coating systems

Bond New Concrete to Existing Concrete

EP-Unite creates a strong bonding layer between properly prepared existing concrete and newly placed concrete.

This makes it an excellent choice for repairs, overlays and restoration work where a durable bond between the two concrete surfaces is critical.

Excellent Epoxy Primer

EP-Unite may also be used as a primer for compatible epoxy coatings on concrete, helping promote adhesion to properly prepared surfaces.

Working Time and Coverage

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.

At 75°F:

• Mix ratio: 2:1
• Working time: approximately 30–45 minutes
• Coverage: approximately 100–200 square feet, depending on surface porosity and application
• Color: Clear

More porous or irregular concrete will generally require more material.
