Zinc Rich Primer

Heavy-duty zinc-rich epoxy primer for corrosion protection of steel and other ferrous metal surfaces.

Dynamis Zinc Rich Primer is designed to provide a strong protective foundation for metal surfaces exposed to demanding industrial, marine and corrosive environments.

The zinc-rich formulation helps protect properly prepared steel from rust and corrosion while providing an excellent bonding surface for compatible Dynamis epoxy topcoats.

It is particularly well suited for severe-service environments where moisture, salt water, chemicals and atmospheric exposure can accelerate corrosion.

Excellent Foundation for Epoxy Topcoats

Zinc Rich Primer can be used as part of a protective coating system beneath compatible Dynamis epoxy coatings such as EPO Coat H3H and EPO Coat NS-100, providing corrosion protection beneath the durable epoxy finish coat.

At 75°F, the primer has an approximate 2-hour working time and a 30-minute sweat-in period before proceeding with the coating system.

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.
