Heavy-duty zinc-rich epoxy primer for corrosion protection of steel and other ferrous metal surfaces.

Dynamis Zinc Rich Primer is designed to provide a strong protective foundation for metal surfaces exposed to demanding industrial, marine and corrosive environments.

The zinc-rich formulation helps protect properly prepared steel from rust and corrosion while providing an excellent bonding surface for compatible Dynamis epoxy topcoats.

Designed for industrial maintenance and protection of properly prepared steel and metal surfaces, this epoxy primer helps provide a durable foundation in environments where corrosion is a concern. Proper surface preparation is essential for good adhesion and long-term performance. The product is supplied as a convenient one-gallon kit and has an approximate pot life of two hours, depending on application conditions. Allow approximately 30 minutes of sweat-in time after mixing before application. It can be used as part of a protective coating system for industrial equipment, machinery, structural steel, and other properly prepared metal surfaces.

Excellent Foundation for Epoxy Topcoats

Zinc Rich Primer can be used as part of a protective coating system beneath compatible Dynamis epoxy coatings such as EPO Coat H3H and EPO Coat NS-100, providing corrosion protection beneath the durable epoxy finish coat.

At 75°F, Zinc Rich Primer has an approximate 2-hour working time. After mixing, allow approximately 30 minutes of sweat-in (induction) time before application.

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.
