Rapid-curing epoxy dynamic balancing compound for motors, fans, pumps and other rotating equipment.

EPO Dynaweight BAL-XV-FS is a dense, two-component epoxy balancing compound designed for applications where fast balancing and rapid return to service are critical.

The 1:1 formulation allows balancing weight to be placed precisely where needed and provides enough working time for test balancing and adjustment before the material begins to harden.

EPO Dynaweight BAL-XV-FS is well suited for:

• Electric motor rotors and armatures
• Fans and blowers
• Pump components and lobes
• Generators
• Rollers and spindles
• OEM manufacturing
• Motor and equipment repair facilities
• Emergency or time-sensitive repairs

Fastest Dynaweight Option

BAL-XV-FS is the fastest-working and fastest-curing product in the EPO Dynaweight family.

It is an excellent choice when equipment downtime must be minimized and a technician needs to balance, adjust and return rotating equipment to service as quickly as possible.

Working Time and Cure

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.

At 75°F:

• Mix ratio: 1:1
• Working time: approximately 15–20 minutes
• Initial Cure / Hard Set: approximately 30 minutes
• Full Cure: approximately 7 days

Warmer temperatures will accelerate the reaction, while colder temperatures will extend working and cure times.

EPO Dynaweight BAL-XV-FS has a one-year shelf life when properly stored in unopened containers.
