EPO Joint Sealant

EPO Joint Sealant is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly, 100% solids, non-shrinking, semi-rigid, epoxy compound for sealing control joints, construction joints and cracks in concrete floors. It comes in an easy to use 1:1 kit, is self-leveling and cures overnight, reducing costly down time. Most suitable for dry surfaces, but also cures in damp conditions. EPO Joint Sealant resists the chipping of joint edges caused by steel wheeled or heavy traffic on industrial floors, while providing excellent flexibility and impact resistance. The high percentage of elongation of EPO Joint Sealant allows for the proper function of control joint systems and repair of spalled or broken joint edges. EPO Joint Sealant resists corrosion due to spillage of most commonly used acids, alkalies, salts and organic compounds.

EPO Joint Sealant has a simple 1:1 mix ratio.It has a pot life of approximately 1 hour at room temperature and will achieve initial cure in 6-8 hours.

If you’re working in colder conditions or need a faster cure, try EPO Joint Sealant LTC (low temperature cure), which also has a simple 1:1 mix ratio.It has a pot life of approximately 2 hours at 34° F, and just a few minutes at room temperature.It will achieve initial cure in 8-12 hours at 34° F or 2-4 hours at room temperature.
