EPO Seal 100

100% solids, high-gloss epoxy sealer and protective coating for concrete floors and general industrial applications.

EPO Seal 100 is a durable, solvent-free epoxy coating designed to seal and protect concrete while providing excellent adhesion, wear resistance and general chemical resistance.

It is especially effective as an anti-dusting sealer for concrete floors, producing a smooth, high-gloss surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

EPO Seal 100 is well suited for:

Durable, Easy-to-Maintain Protection

EPO Seal 100 helps seal porous concrete and reduce surface dusting while creating a tough protective barrier against wear, moisture and many commonly encountered industrial contaminants.

It provides good resistance to many acids, alkalies, salts, oils, solvents, foods and beverages.

High-Gloss Finish

Once cured, EPO Seal 100 produces a smooth, durable, high-gloss surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

When additional slip resistance is required, an appropriate non-skid aggregate may be incorporated into the coating system.

Working Time, Cure and Coverage

Dynamis Epoxy uses 75°F as its standard room-temperature testing condition.

At 75°F:

• Working time: approximately 30–40 minutes
• Initial Cure / Tack-Free: approximately 2–4 hours
• Recoat time: approximately 12–24 hours
• Heavy forklift parking: approximately 7 days
• Coverage: approximately 180 square feet per gallon at 10 mils

Warmer temperatures will shorten working and cure times, while colder temperatures will extend them.

Full Cure occurs when the chemical reaction is complete and the coating has reached its final hardness and performance properties.
